• All quoted prices are in United States Dollars (US$).
   
• Online orders are shipped prepaid and charged via UPS® to U.S.A. and Canada only. The UPS® online shipping method contact UPS® official web site to calculate freight charges based on your chosen option. Freight charges are then added to the order. 
• A one time handling charge of $10.00 is applied but discounted on orders above $40.00 before shipping cost.
  
  Maximum shipping weight is 150lbs per order (Maximum allowed by UPS® online freight calculation). If your order exceed 150lbs, you will not be able to complete and submit your order.
   
• INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS (excluding Canada)

• Canadian customers are responsible for all taxes, customs and duty charges (if any).
   
•  A $10.00 handling charge will be applied (for U.S.A. and Canada) on other orders methods; Phone, FAX, etc..
    
• A printed invoices will be sent in box (not mailed) with product shipment.
   
• SAF-T-LOK warrants that products will be free from defects in material and workmanship under normal use, service and conditions for a period of 12 months from the date of shipment unless a lesser period of time is specified on the labeling of the product. SAF-T-LOK will not be responsible for any incidental or consequential damages arising from or related to use of its products.
    
• SAF-T-LOK reserves the right to cancel orders.
   
• Any return must be approved by SAF-T-LOK and a RGA number issued before return.
   
• Claims must be made against the carrier at the time of delivery for loss or damage in transit.
   
• Product may be returned if approval is issued by SAF-T-LOK subject to a 15% restocking charge.
